Signatures

The number of registered voters currently willing to provide a signature to candidates needing 100 signatures.

1

150 registered voters per division (seat) who don’t mind being a signature for multiple candidates will solve a big problem!

Getting 100 signatures from registered voters in their area will be the reason a lot of people don’t think about running as an independent.

Big Sig Club

If we can form a pool, we’ll call it the Big Sig Club, that potential candidates can rely on for signatures then our odds of running lots of candidates improves dramatically.

There are 151 seats in the House of Rep’s.

And depending on what’s involved you may not have to do much.

Requirements: Be a registered voter in Australia

If the candidate enrolment form simply requires the names of the signatures then we’ll make available a cut and paste list from the Big Sig Club of people in that seat. That will mean all you have to do is add your details to the list and the candidate can do the rest. If the procedure is different we will update this page.

To join the Big Sig Club contact us on Telegram. We need the seat, name and address on the electoral roll.
